Community Outreach

We at the Fall Creek Police Department make it our priority to be a part of the community that we serve. If you would like a member of the Fall Creek Police Department to do any type of public speaking on a specific topic, please contact Chief Mumford at (715) 877-3231 or .

We participate in several community outreach events including:

Child Passenger Safety Program

Our mission is to reduce injuries and deaths of children involved in motor vehicle crashes by providing comprehensive education on vehicle seat belt systems and child safety seats to parents and caretakers within the Fall Creek community and surrounding area.

Finger Printing

The Fall Creek Police Department offers finger printing. The cost is $20 for Fall Creek residents and $25 for non-residents. Call (715) 877-3231 to schedule an appointment.

Records Requests

Need copies of a Fall Creek Police case record? Paper copies are $.25 per page. Photos are $5 per disk. Copies requested on DVD, CD, or flash drive are $5 per media. Contact Village Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild at (715) 877-2177 or to make a records request.

Fines

Need to pay for a parking, traffic, or ordinance citation? Parking fines may be paid at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office, by mail, or online at PaymentServiceNetwork.com. When payment is made through PSN, please email  giving your name, amount paid, and citation the payment was for. Please note that all parking fines double if not paid within 5 days.

To pay traffic and ordinance fines, please contact the Eau Claire County Clerk of Circuit Courts at (715) 839-1865 or visit their website Eau Claire County Clerk of Courts.

Prescription Medication Drop-Off

Unused prescription medications must be disposed of in a safe manner to prevent health and safety concerns. The Village of Fall Creek hosts a prescription medication drop-off box available from 9-4 Monday through Friday at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office.

This can be used to drop off:

  • Prescription and Over-the-Counter Medications
  • Medication Samples
  • Patches
  • Ointments
  • Vitamins
  • Pet Medications
