The Regular Village Board meeting is held on the second Thursday of each month in the Village Hall at 122 E. Lincoln Avenue beginning at 6:30 p.m.  Citizen input is encouraged.  Meeting agendas, election notices and other official notices are posted at the Village Hall, Unity Bank and the Post Office bulletin boards.  Some notices are also published in the Leader Telegram newspaper.
